We did not know that being voluntarily kidnapped in Mexico 😅🇲🇽, surviving the beautiful chaos of immigration law, and building systems while everything around us was on fire would somehow lead to the creation of Build the Machine — but here we are.

What started as real-life problem solving turned into something much bigger.

We have spent years inside the messy, fast-moving, high-pressure reality of immigration firm operations — managing teams, fixing broken workflows, putting out fires, dealing with bottlenecks, chasing consistency, and learning the hard way that talent alone is not enough. You can have good people, good intentions, and even good cases, and still end up drowning if the operation behind it all is not built correctly. 🫠📂⚖️

Through experience, pressure, mistakes, growth, and a lot of “there has to be a better way than this” moments, we learned how much strong systems truly matter. Not the cute kind of systems people talk about in theory. Real systems. The kind that protect quality, create accountability, reduce chaos, support teams, and allow a firm to actually grow without everything falling apart every five minutes.

Our knowledge was not built in a vacuum. It was shaped by being deep in the work — in the day-to-day reality of immigration case production, operations, supervision, client experience, internal communication, and leadership. We learned what breaks. We learned what scales. We learned what gets ignored until it becomes a disaster. And most importantly, we learned that firms do not need more confusion, more fluff, or more generic advice. They need structure that actually works. 💻🧠🔥
